Well, actually, he was just dismissed for the weekend, but Andrew has been seated in an actual jury in a trial that begins on the 5th.

Did they say how long they expect the trial to go? If it's just a couple of days that's fine, but if it was expected to be a few weeks, he should tell them he may not be here that long.
