Hooray for Home Depot

I emailed both Home Depot and Fiskars about my nasty, soggy rain-barrel installation instructions yesterday.  This morning I found an email from Home Depot
thanking me for contacting them,
apologizing for the unpleasant experience,
telling me that the store manager has been instructed check into storage procedures with the intent to prevent this from happening
AND a gift card.  
That's customer service!
